  • If you are experiencing technical difficulties, we are happy to help, and can refund your purchase if necessary.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request the refund within 30 days of your purchase date
  • You purchased the software directly from similarverse.com
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@greenfield-softworks.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your purchase email address and order details
  3. Optionally, let us know why you're requesting a refund (this helps us improve)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will:

  • Review and approve eligible refund requests within 2 business days
  • Process the refund through the original payment method (Stripe)
  • Send you a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Please note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

After a Refund

Once a refund is issued:

  • Your license to use SimilarVerse is terminated
  • Your download links will be deactivated
  • You should uninstall the software from all devices

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical difficulties with the software, please contact our support team. We're committed to helping you resolve any issues and may be able to provide a solution.

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • More than 30 days have passed since your purchase
  • You've violated our Terms of Service
  • You purchased from an unauthorized third-party reseller
  • You're requesting a refund for a second time (one refund per customer)
